Accessibility Statement

Applicability of the BFSG

As a micro-enterprise within the meaning of Section 2(4) No. 3 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), 123sanctions.eu is currently exempt from the accessibility requirements of the BFSG for services. We implement accessibility measures voluntarily, guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Accessibility Measures

The following accessibility features have been implemented:

• Keyboard navigation: All pages are navigable by keyboard. A skip-to-content link is provided on every page. Visible focus indicators highlight the currently focused element.
• Semantic structure: HTML landmarks (<header>, <main>, <nav>, <footer>) and heading hierarchy are used consistently. Navigation regions have descriptive labels.
• Color contrast: Text colors meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
• Reduced motion: Users who prefer reduced motion (via operating system settings) will not see animations or auto-advancing content.
• High contrast mode: The website is usable in Windows High Contrast Mode with visible element boundaries.
• Screen reader support: Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology. Links that open in a new tab are announced. Navigation landmarks are labeled.
