Accessibility Statement
Thank you for visiting our website. We appreciate your interest. Below you will find information on the accessible use of our website and services in compliance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) (Germany).
Scope
This website may be classified as an online service in connection with electronic commerce services and may be subject to specific legal accessibility requirements. Functions and procedures should be designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with disabilities.
Compliance Status
This website is currently under development. We will inform you here as soon as our service goes live. Regardless, we strive to implement accessibility requirements to the best of our ability and continuously improve user-friendliness.
Accessibility Measures
This website plans to meet accessibility requirements through measures aimed at the barrier-free use of core functions such as forms, tables, upload processes and result displays. Implementation is carried out taking into account technical and economic feasibility as well as actual use of the online service. In particular, the following features are planned:
- Keyboard operability: Core functions such as project selection, file uploads, match evaluation and report downloads are generally usable without a mouse and have visible focus indicators.
- Semantic structure and clear labels: Headings, input fields, tables and buttons are predominantly logically structured and clearly labeled to support use with assistive technologies.
- Accessible tables and status displays: Match lists and project overviews are structured; status information is, where possible, conveyed not only through colors but also through text.
- Clear feedback: Notices, warnings and error messages (e.g. during uploads) are clearly worded and presented in an understandable manner.
Disproportionate Burden
Please note that compliance with the new accessibility requirements under Section 17(1) sentence 1 BFSG (Germany) may result in a disproportionate burden in individual cases. Where relevant, we assess implementation based on legal criteria and implement requirements – to the extent economically and technically feasible – on a step-by-step basis.
